What does that say??

Thursday February 17, 2011 - Friday February 18, 2011:

So I was due to start on Monday and it still hadn't come yet. I wasn't feeling any sneaky suspicions or anything different than what I usually do each month. I only decided to take a test because I figured it would trigger my " . " to start. So I got home from work, did my usually routine and finally decided to go in and do a pregnancy test. After I was done and I was waiting for the results, I even went into the kitchen to figure out what was for dinner etc. I came back into the bathroom, completely expecting to see a negative and "HOLY COW...what doe that say? Two lines? But that means..yep that means, PREGNANT!!!"

I was so excited and naturally nervous of course. Even if things are perfect in the timing department, something still just feels right about this. I decided not to tell Eric right away. We'd had some conversations about how he'd like to be told when the day come (bet he didn't think that soon). It was torture keeping quiet Thursday night. The only person I told was Lisa. I still didn’t quite believe it and wanted to go take another test, even though she told me that was silly to waste money on. Friday morning I stopped on the way to work to pick up another test, a card for Eric, and some baby stuff to surprise him with. I took the other test at work and sure enough

YAY!!!!!! Now I'm really freaking out and super excited. That was probably one of the strangest days sitting at work just thinking about everything I had just found out in the past 24 hours. I couldn't wait to get home and tell Eric. We had plans for dinner and I told him a little while before we were supposed to go. I gave him an "early birthday present". I wrapped up the pregnancy test box with both sticks inside with baby animal wrapping paper. He probably took a good 10 minutes to open that box. The whole time his face getting redder and starting to sweat. I also gave him a birthday card from me and the baby. LOL he always said he hoped to have a baby by 30, I don't think that could've turned out any better if we had planned it. (which we didn't, in case you are all wondering)

Oh...and of course I had to take my very first belly picture.
